Products are returnable/exchangeable only under the following conditions:

Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery.

Incorrect specifications (size, design, or product type).

Wrong product delivered.

Return in Case of Damaged Packaging

If you notice damage or tampering at the time of delivery:

Do not accept the package from the courier.

Inform us immediately within 24 hours via phone or email.

Provide photo proof of the damage.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order

If the delivered product does not match your order details:

Notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email.

Share photographic proof of the discrepancy.

Return the product in its original packaging within 5 working days.
