How do I cancel an order?
Once you complete your payment, the order is successfully placed in our system.
For your convenience, you may request a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@urbanscapedecor.com or call us at +91 72599 68936.
Kindly mention your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation in the email so we can process your request quickly.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
No. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
We request all customers to carefully review the product details before placing the order.
When will I receive my refund?
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
What is your return policy?
At present, we do not accept returns once the order has been dispatched.
Please make sure to check the design, size, quantity, and other product details carefully before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You can email us at support@urbanscapedecor.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged product
After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product if the damage is confirmed.
Can I exchange the product for another design?
No. Product exchange or design change is not allowed after dispatch.
